Our most popular class! Cyclefit splits up the hour with half of your workout on the bike and half the workout off the bike for a full body workout! The ultimate calorie burner!

ENDURANCE

This calorie burning class combines hills, sprints, and interval training on the bike for a 50 minute ride set to motivating music that will guarantee to build endurance, improve your heart health, and make you sweat!

CYCLE + CORE

This class has you pedaling through hills, sprints, and intervals as well as off the bike for planks, sit ups, and other stability work! Cycle Plus Core is all about getting your heart rate up while strengthening your abs, glutes, and lower back!

CYCLE + ARMS

This fun and fast paced class puts you through drills on the bike as well as 10-15 minutes of dumbbell work designed to tone and firm your arms. This is the perfect class to get your cardio in along with resistance training!
