CYCLE + CORE
This class has you pedaling through hills, sprints, and intervals as well as off the bike for planks, sit ups, and other stability work! Cycle Plus Core is all about getting your heart rate up while strengthening your abs, glutes, and lower back!
CYCLE + ARMS
This fun and fast paced class puts you through drills on the bike as well as 10-15 minutes of dumbbell work designed to tone and firm your arms. This is the perfect class to get your cardio in along with resistance training!

I can't say enough good things about CycleFit RC. I was pretty nervous my first visit because it is at a Crossfit Gym, But don't let that scare you away. My first Cycle class was AWESOME! Not only do you Cycle but they incorporate core and arm workouts! It was a full body workout and I LOVED IT! The coaches were so helpful and very welcoming, as well as the other members. Needless to say I am a member now! I highly recommend Cyclefit Rancho Cucamonga!
